At Barry M, we want you to love your beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your return form inside the box, then ship it to our warehouse using a tracked delivery service.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
